HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We are happy to accept returns on full-bolt purchases within 10 business days of purchase.

The cost of return shipping is always the buyer's responsibility, regardless of the reason for the return.

If you have any doubt about color, texture, or pattern, please purchase a sample.

We do not accept returns and do not issue refunds on fabric that has been custom cut from the bolt for you.

If you wish to return fabric, please follow these guidelines:

1. Email us at silverstone2007@yahoo.com or call us at 828-297-6110 for a return authorization code

2. Re-pack the fabric or leather exactly as it came to you. We ship fabric on tubes and all leather is rolled, not folded. The merchandise should return to us in the same condition as it arrived to you--uncut, unwashed, and untreated--and re-rolled on the fabric tube.

4. Use the shipper of your choice, but please email us the tracking number.

5. Once we receive the returned merchandise in original condition, we will issue the refund within 5 business days.

6. Fabric or leather that has been cut or altered by the buyer can not be returned.

7. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
